Mend Collaborative attended the 2023 Smart Justice CA Policy Retreat and Summit along with over forty legislators and advocates, and was invited to present in the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility (RJD) about the importance of restorative justice and victim impact programs inside prisons.
